FRESH
START CONTRACTING #1 (FSC) is a family owned
and
operated business, which provides a full range of
home renovations
and remodeling services. Fresh Start
was established in 2003,
as a sole proprietorship
under April H. Bailey.
In November, 2006 the company was sold to
James A. Bailey.
Mr. Bailey reorganized by Incorporating and gathering
a small
group of talented tradesman who possess a
wide range of skills: i.e.
CARPENTRY, DRYWALL, PAINTINGS, CRAWLSPACE
PROBLEMS, BASEMENTS,
ADDITIONS, CONVERSIONS, ELECTRICAL,
PLUMBING, FLOORING, WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION
AND MOLD REMEDIATION, to name a few.
Their combined years of experience, well exceeds
50 years,
in the contracting & construction industry.
It is a well known fact that, by any and all measures,
the residential home is the single most important
and largest
investments a family will ever make.
The maintenance, repair & remodeling of this home
can sustain the
value
and in many cases, enhance
its value as much as 10% to 20%; if not
more.
It is the mission of Fresh Start to be the most respected

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
PRESIDENT INVESTMENT INSIGHT
James BAILEY holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from
City College of New York. He has 40 years of experience, in both
the classroom and hands on Electrical Work.
GENERAL MANAGER
Audrey BAILEY is a graduate of Fordham University and completed her
Master Studies in Science Education, at City College of New York.
A retired educator, entrepreneur and Business woman, she has
accepted
the job of General Manager for her family, owned and operated,

MYCOLOGY CONSULTANT
April BAILEY has her undergraduate degree from York College, of the
City
of New York; In like manner she earned her Master of Science Degree
from
Touro College of New York; while also completing her Masters work in
Science Education in Microbiology from City College of New York.
Ernest Mabry holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration $ a Bachelors of Science in Economics; as well as a Masters of Science in Reading and Adult Education & Human Relations. Mr. Mabry will apply his more than 45 years of experience to the continued growth of our company in the Mold Remediation/Abatement areas as well as supervising the continued educational programs prescribed for our employees.
Calvert Hocker holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from Northeastern University, as well as a Masters of Science degree in Educational Administration from East Stroudsburg University. Mr Hocker uses his expertise in his varied fields to further the growth of the company as well as Instruct.
Warren Bailey Holds a Bachelors degree from Queens College and completed his Masters Program at City College of New York. He is coming to Fresh Start with a background in Education that spans thirty Eight Years. Warren is a welcome addition to our New" Indoor Air Quality Testing" Department. He is planning to broaden this department to include the development of local laboratories that can facilitate the entry of interested science majors into the field of Mold analysis.
REQUIRED COMPANY TRAINING
All employees are required to be knowledgeable of the IICRC S520 standard for Professional Mold Remediators and the S500 standard for Water Damage Restoration professionals; Employee must participate in our company's on going Occupational safety and Health training program, which meet all (OSHA )requirements.
